The Future Talents’ Generation Association is a non-profit organization that provides education for the benefit of society. We train nearly 100 young people a year through the FTG Academy, and our additional programs reach thousands of young people, contributing to their development.
We could not do this without YOU! Your contribution and donation enable us to carry out this fantastic activity, which every day makes the future a little better and gives our country’s young people a better chance to succeed in life!

The oil in the machine structure. What do we spend it on?
- FTG Academy: The aim of our 2-year program is to provide young people with a professional program of the highest possible quality. With your support, you will contribute to the development of high level competences and foster successful attitudes in young people.
- Operational costs: the running cost of our NGO involves operational costs ranging from accountancy fees to the gift of speakers, from renting places for our events to the maintenance of our educational IT platform.
- Project costs: from the hosting of the largest Hungarian economic competition for high school students in the country to the Mentor Dinner event, which brings young people together with top industry leaders. With your support, we can make fantastic projects like these and more happen!
By doing so, you will help us to make our organization an important vehicle for value creation in education year after year!
Product donation
The dessert on the cake. What do we use it for??
- Depending on the product support, we use it in a targeted way in our projects, for example to reward teachers and participating students in our High School Competition.
- But we also use these opportunities in our FTG Academy motivation system. At FTG, we believe that professional development does not have to be a passionate journey of blood and sweat. We reward young people as they reach each milestone in competence development. That way, development can be an enjoyable process. If we reinforce this attitude, progress will be fun for the young person and we hope that they will be able to keep going in the future!

- We’ve been doing fantastic work year after year for almost 10 years, but if noone write about us, we’re unlikely to reach the people whose lives we can make a difference. To create value, it is also essential that they know we exist. We do the high professional work, we never complain when we have to work, but we accept help so that others can see it!
